Short or Long? What Do You Prefer?

I am currently thinking about changing my concept, and I would love to hear what you prefer. At the moment, I enjoy creating longer videos and exclusive sessions, sometimes even 10-minute clips or more, because I simply do not want to stop once I get into the flow of flexing, training, or exploring new movements.
It is interesting to look back at how it all started. When I first began making muscle leg videos, even one minute of flexing felt like a huge challenge. Later, when customers asked me if I could make three- or four-minute videos, I honestly did not know how to handle that at first. Time felt different back then. Now it is the opposite: I enjoy discovering my muscles more and more, feeling them, learning how to contract them, and experimenting with new ways to control my body.
There are so many different muscles and so many different ways to flex them that I still feel like I am only at the beginning of this journey. That is one of the reasons why my videos are not overly staged. What you see is usually whatever feels right in the moment — the light, the mood, the movement, the energy. That is what makes the content feel real to me.
Today, it is often hard for me to stop filming, because it is simply so much fun. I sometimes have to force myself to turn the camera off and continue flexing just for myself. That is also part of the beauty of this journey: learning to feel your own body, notice your muscles, and connect with yourself more deeply.
So now I want to ask you: do you prefer short videos, long videos, or a mix of both? What do you enjoy more when it comes to muscle content from strong, slim, athletic women?
Maybe the answer is not just one or the other. Maybe the best experience is a combination of both — short clips with intensity and longer videos with more depth, more flow, and more time to really feel the movement.
